You have just placed an order, or a few. What a wonderful feeling! So that you can receive your items in a timely manner, all cellular device orders will be shipped free of charge via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation required. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment within 1 working day. Please reach out if you have not yet received tracking after 2 days have passed since your order date. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after delivery under the following conditions: * The item(s) arrived damaged due to shipping and handling. * The item(s) is/are different than what was purchased. * The item(s) is/are not in the condition explicitly stated in the description. The item(s) must be shipped back in the exact condition it/they arrived in. We will provide customers with a return shipping label. As many of the devices sold here are used devices, occasionally we will run into a device with IMEI issues. Though we vet all devices acquired and sold, sometimes things just happen that are out of our control. IMEIs will have been ran through multiple blacklist/carrier status checkers and are clean at time of shipping. If a device has become blacklisted before shipment and we have no other replacement on hand, we will immediately issue a refund and reach out to the customer to inform them of the situation. In very rare circumstances, a device can become blacklisted after delivery. As with any other purchase of used cellular devices, buyers assume all responsibility for any unbeknownst future changes in IMEI status after the 30 day return period. If after receiving the device you find that it has been blacklisted or unable to be activated, please reach out promptly so we can initiate a return. A refund will then be issued after successful inspection of the returned device(s). **PLEASE NOTE: Any return of a device that was NOT originally shipped to you will incur a 35% false return fee for EACH device, and buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
